Digital technologies contribute to the development of this locationindependent work. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the whole world was forced to work remotely. But as the pandemic wore on, many employers still allow remote employment for employees. Remote work is not a recent phenomenon - already half century ago, staff did telework from home.
