Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) recycling becomes more and more important by increasing significance of electrical wares in everyday lives. In this research WEEE recycling in Latvia is characterized. As the case study modification effectiveness of WEEE derived polycarbonate (PC) with ethylene-octene copolymer (EOC) is investigated. Rheological, mechanical and structural properties of binary PC/EOC compositions are investigated.
