Technologies play important role in training and education. New technologies raise changes in educational matters. Educational organizations use technologies to improve educational process and make it more attractive and effective. E-learning became integral part of training programs in numerous of universities, colleges and schools. Besides e-learning, other technologies, such as TV, mobile phones, iPods and so on, offer new ways and opportunities to enhance quality of education and improve learning results. The author displays importance of different kinds of learning based on technologies and proposes new innovative educational model – The Star Model as synergy of them. ePortfolios and social networking, which are becoming so popular nowadays, also play key roles in proposed model.
