Doctoral thesis „The methods of spatial rubber technical products optimal synthesis problems solution” is devoted to the development of rubber technical products new calculation methodologies and the improvement of existent in the case of static load in the area of small and average deformation, taking into consideration the properties of the elastomer and the structural features of these products. In the first chapter the literature review is executed on rubber technical products analytical methodologies of calculation. In accordance with the literature review it can be concluded: in the publications practically there are no analytical solutions that completely take into consideration all geometric features of the construction of the elastomers products and mechanical characteristics of the elastomer. In the second chapter rubber-technical products calculation methodologies are developed in the area of small deformation, taking into consideration weak compressibility of the elastomer, the deformation of the non-elastomer layers and physical non-linearity of the elastomer. The calculation methodology of composite construction forms rubber technical products is proposed. The Delta-method is supplemented, for rubber - technical products calculation in the area of average deformation, taking into consideration rubber weak compressibility. The assessment methodology of rubber technical products stiffness characteristics, “force - displacement", analytical solution accuracy is developed, which is obtained, using the principle of complete potential energy minimum. In the third chapter three new compensatory constructions of rubber - technical products are proposed, which provide the necessary stiffness characteristics "force - displacement". The calculation methodology of mentioned compensatory rubber - technical products is developed. In the fourth chapter the natural experiments of rubber compensators compression are executed. Three different compensators have been produced and tested in compression. Then the analytical calculations of these compensators have been executed, using the formulas, which have been obtained in the second chapter. As well as the calculation of these compensators has been executed, using the final elements program SolidWorks. Obtained results (experimental, analytical and simulation) have been compared. The research of variable stiffness of rubber compensator operation has been executed during the variable power with low frequency.
