According to the European Parliament and Council Directive 2006/32/EC on energy end-use efficiency and energy services, which stipulates that all Member States during the period of 2008th - 2016th the energy consumption to be reduced by 9%. The potential of this goal, the industrial, public and residential buildings more energy efficient.
