In this work mechanically activated β-tricalcium phosphate is used as a starting material for calcium phosphate cement. Several possible compositions of the calcium phosphate cement were tested with different solid phase additives. The liquid phases used were water solutions of sodium hydrogenphosphate salts (with different salt concentrations and pH). The phase composition of the obtained materials was determined using X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
