The article introduces with the development of the management system of e-services using Microsoft BizTalk Server (BTS). Initially it gives general description of e-services and defines levels of service electronization in accordance with EU recommendations. It also motivates the necessity of the management system of e-service and reveals some issues emerging from the usage of management system. The article gives overview of the BTS structure and features and shows how to develop a management system for existing e-service. During the development of the management system several problems were met. Solution of these problems would facilitate the development of new e-services and implement changes in existing ones.
