Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) are used for different tasks of navigation, positioning and timing. However, for the height determination in national and/or international height system GNSS methods applied deliberately due to the limited accuracy of geoid model, inconsistent atmosphere and multipath conditions. Reliability is a key question for the obtained results when the fast and handy RTK method used. In spite of this the RTK test measurements have been carried out in Latvia in order to check the presumable (eventual) levelling network deformations in Riga and in some other sites in Latvia.
