            We studied reactivity of 2,6-bistriazolylnucleosides derivatives. Aromatic nucleophilic substitution at C(6) produced products with fluorescent properties. Amines, alcohols, thiols, substituted hydrazines and hydroxylamines can be used as nucleophiles of C(6) substitution.
