Graphene oxide (GO) reduction is one of the most promising methods for large scale graphene-like material production. The reduction process of graphene oxide is accomplished using sodium borohydride (NaBH4) with variable-valence metal ion (Co, Mn) assistance. The reduced graphene oxide (RGO) was characterized by Raman spectroscopy. The particle size and suspension stability was determined. Electrical conductivity measurements of GO and RGO samples have been done in temperature range from -150C to 85C.
