We analyze Markov impulsive difference model for age structured population divided into three groups under the assumption of perturbations at random time moments. Assuming sufficiently small intervals between changes, we apply the stochastic averaging procedure and construct an ordinary 3-dimensional differential equation for population dynamics in the mean and a linear 3-dimensional stochastic differential equation for deviations from the mean trajectories. The results are applied for modelling of population dynamics using the data on Latvian residents collected by the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia.
