Targeted drug delivery systems are used to minimize the adverse effects of the pharmaceutical agents while maintaining the high local drug concentrations. Composite material containing CaP and drugs would provide bone regeneration and site specific drug delivery. Physical, chemical and biological properties of both CaP and fibrin sealants may be cumulated for preparing advanced bone substitutes.
