The Thesis is a thematically linked collection of scientific publications focused on the development of new synthesis methods of racemic and enantioenriched glycinols involving: a) intramolecular propargylic substitution of bis-amides; b) Ritter reaction of ethynylglycinol cobalt complexes; and c) cobalt catalyzed C–H functionalization of phenylglycinols.It consists of a five scientific publications and a summary. Publications are written in English. The total number of pages is 407, including electronical data.
