The brief review of Powder Metallurgy state and development is given. The 2D and 3D surface characterization of the iron-copper powder parts is offered. The experimental and theoretical results of the influence of the 3D surface roughness parameters of powder iron-copper details on the wear intensity are offered. It is shown that the highest linear wear intensity is achieved for iron-copper powder details after infiltration, i.e. after final stage of production. Nevertheless achieved results show the possibility of successful using of such details for different application in industry.
